Terms of Service - Evntara

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing evntara-landing.netlify.app or signing up for our early access list, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. What Evntara is

Evntara is an event discovery platform that aggregates publicly available IT company events, webinars and free sessions into one searchable directory.

We are currently in early access - the full product is under development. By signing up, you are joining a waitlist to be notified when we launch.

3. Use of the service

You may use Evntara for personal and professional event discovery. You agree not to:

→Scrape or copy our data for commercial use without permission
→Use our service for any unlawful purpose
→Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
→Submit false or misleading information
→Impersonate any person or organisation

4. Email communications

By signing up for early access, you agree to receive:

→A confirmation email when you sign up
→Our weekly digest of IT events (if you opted in)
→Launch announcements and product updates

You can unsubscribe from all emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will never send you spam.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Evntara including our logo, design, copy and code is owned by Evntara unless otherwise stated. Event information we aggregate remains the property of the respective companies. You may not reproduce our content without written permission.

6. Third party content

Evntara aggregates event information from third-party company websites. We make every effort to keep this information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all event details are current or correct. Always verify event details directly with the organising company before registering.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Evntara is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that event information will always be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evntara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed events due to inaccurate information.

9. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Evntara grows. We will notify subscribers of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
