1. Who we are

Evntara is a global directory of IT company events, webinars and free sessions. We are operated by the Evntara team and can be reached at evntara.official@gmail.com. When we say "Evntara", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean the team behind evntara-landing.netlify.app.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

→Email address - when you sign up for early access or our weekly digest
→Preference data - when you complete our preference survey (company type, event type)
→Usage data - pages visited, time spent, clicks - collected automatically to understand site usage
→Device data - browser type, operating system, screen size - collected automatically

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

3. How we use your data

→To send you the Evntara weekly digest of IT events (only if you signed up)
→To notify you when the full product launches
→To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
→To analyse which features matter most to our users

We will never sell your email address or personal data to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run Evntara, including tools for processing signup form submissions, hosting our website, and understanding anonymised site usage.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Our site is served over HTTPS. We use trusted third-party providers with industry-standard security practices. However no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Evntara is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Evntara grows. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. For significant changes we will notify subscribers by email.
